LOVE THIS. i can relate heavy and i literally have a playlist called “anti-nauseous” with songs that get my mind off of stuff. thank you for sharing! definitely subbing

As someone who experiences panic attacks as well, I honestly loved all the suggestions. It's so nice that someone is finally talking about something different than deep breathing, because honestly, that makes me even more anxious sometimes. I really loved this. I would love to read your opinion on my latest post as well, it would be very appreciated!
